Royal Malaysia Customs Department (RMCD) has set up specific guide and requirement to be submitted to them upon request, especially during audit.

There are 2 types of format:

• XML file
• Bar Delimited file

Scope of work:

• Review the structure of GAF to determine whether it is complied
• Reconcile the data is GAF to GST-03 return
• To identify any issues to be resolved prior to submission

Recommended for companies:

• Of all sizes, ie small, medium & big
• Not sure of the accuracy of their accounting input
• That never review their GAF file before
• Would like to get professional advice on their level of compliance
• Detect and rectify errors that they are not aware of prior to GST audit
